If you're an AI developer or automation enthusiast looking to automate online tasks with advanced capabilities, go with browser-use. Its stealth browsing and customizable LLMs offer a powerful edge for complex automation, especially if you’re comfortable navigating its paid pricing model. However, if you want a straightforward solution without extensive support needs and your focus is strictly on web tasks, this is your tool.
On the other hand, if you prioritize privacy and enjoy managing your own data, immich is the better choice. It's perfect for those comfortable with self-hosting and looking for a robust way to manage both photos and videos. You're getting a powerful, free solution that emphasizes performance, but be prepared to invest the time in setup and forgo some integrations found with cloud solutions. If simplicity and extensive third-party support are what you need, then this may not be your best fit.
